The apartment "Folkolare" was formerly inhabited by the owner himself and rebuilt in early 2017 for individual fitters.
Accessible via the courtyard, on the ground floor of the historic wing, it has five single rooms, a shared bathroom and a shared large family kitchen (as was formerly common in farmhouses).
If necessary, the single rooms "Betlehem and Nazareth" can be added to this apartment.
"Fokolare" is the only apartment in which the rooms are rented individually (also to different companies). Therefore kitchen, hallway and bathroom in the apartment "Fokolare" are cleaned daily by us.

Kitchen
The shared large kitchen is the former restaurant kitchen, which was lovingly restored historically over 20 years ago and equipped with numerous unique items. Now it is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Also a flat screen TV is available.

Bathroom
The bathroom is shared by the occupants of the apartment. A separate toilet in the new building is available if needed. Bathroom and kitchen are cleaned daily.

Hints
The apartment is protected by a residual current device. If you connect a defective device, the circuit is switched off automatically. Please disconnect the defective device from the power supply and switch the current back on the residual current device.
The residual current device for the "Fokolare" apartment is located in the fuse box next to the front door to the courtyard.
Directions to the apartment "Fokolare"
Please use the old house entrance in the yard (go up the half-staircase).
The apartment "Fokolare" is located on the ground floor immediately after the entrance on the right (in front of the kitchen).
The room "Sophie Scholl" is accessible via the kitchen.
