Booking

We only accept binding bookings.

We are happy to grant you the option of an extension - this means that we will consult with you before we rent the apartment.

 
Invoice

The invoice will be sent to you by email in PDF format.
For the billing we need your address.

For longer stays, we will bill you for 1 or 2 weeks in advance.

 
Payment

The rental price must be paid in advance.
Cash payment is only possible in exceptional cases after consultation. Due to the higher effort, we charge a supplement of 5 €.
Card payment is not possible.

Cancellation policy

Free up to 14 days before arrival
Up to 7 days before arrival 50%
If less than 7 days before arrival we will charge the full price.

In case of a paid cancellation we definitely try to rent the apartment. If this succeeds, you will be refunded the cancellation fee for the period in question.
